RESTORE-Featured-Image“AFTA Thought collaborated with a stakeholder group as part of the European Union funded RESTORE research project at the University of Liverpool to develop and deliver training that aimed to improve the experiences of migrant and asylum seeking patients accessing primary health care in Liverpool. Working over a number of months, using real life case studies and the personal experiences of our stakeholder group members, they were able to create a thoughtful and powerful but also exciting and engaging training that was thoroughly enjoyed by both everyone involved in the project and by those who received the training. Our feedback was extremely positive and we are continuing to work with AFTA Thought as we evaluate the training formally as part of the research project. We cannot thank AFTA Thought enough for all their hard work”
