Of course, every training company will tell you how good their training is. And we can show you lots of great testimonials from our clients. But at AFTA Thought we always insist that our training makes a difference. Not just on the day, but months and years after the training’s over.

We also know you have some pretty tough decisions about the training you commission – who, how much, and what works best.

Which is why we’re working alongside our clients to evaluate the success of the work we do with them. We thought we’d put some of those findings online, so you can see a snapshot of the impact we have – you can download a copy here. It also means we’ve pledged to work with clients to assess the value of training after three, six, and 12 months, through a variety of surveys, questionnaires and interviews.

Now we don’t do it with everyone – and we certainly won’t insist that you do it – but it means we can show new clients evidence of our impact, and helps existing clients evaluate their decisions for colleagues and staff.
