The AFTA Thought team deliver tailor-made customer satisfaction training to address specific issues in your organisation.

We are often asked to address internal problems which come to light through complaints, poor customer feedback, mystery shoppers, or as a result of inspection failures.

The Customer Care training sessions we run have a greater, more poignant impact on staff than traditional classroom-based tutorials and through the use of drama and discussion we are able to deal with difficult and often sensitive issues head-on.

Our customer satisfaction training sessions are highly cost-effective and can be delivered to teams of between 10 and 200 people or run as part of your corporate conference programme. The training can also be provided as a DVD for new starters or for use in refresher training.
