International Personalisation Conference
2000 delegates, 100 exhibitors, 50 workshops as well as high profile speakers, this year's International Big Event was In Control's biggest event yet. Held at the BT Convention Centre in AFTA Thought's home city of Liverpool, this was an invaluable opportunity to network; explore support and services; and to find out the latest developments in the fast changing world of Personalisation.
AFTA Thought took the opportunity to demonstrate how we use our training techniques to get across key messages in Personalisation, and to convey the concepts of Co-Production. It was good to reconnect with old friends and to meet like minded people who share our values and vision.
