AFTA Thought are pleased to have started a new working relationship with Helena Partnerships.
As if Helena Partnerships achieving the Gold Investors in People Award wasn't enough, they have recently achieved meeting the government's Customer Service Excellence Standard. As part of their strategy of putting customers first, the company wanted to recognise the important role that front line staff can play in the safeguarding of children and adults at risk. AFTA Thought ran a number of sessions sharing our ongoing work and research in the sector.
Staff at Helena Partnerships are still talking about the high impact that our sessions have had on them and we look forward to contributing our approach to other areas of their work in the future.
