Learning from Serious Case Reviews has demonstrated the important role that Social Housing Organisations have in the lives of those experiencing Hate Crime because of their vulnerability or perceived difference.

Wolverhampton Homes invited AFTA Thought to share our work in the area of Hate Crimes with staff from all areas of their organisation. Our training techniques were familiar to the delegates from the Equality and Diversity sessions we delivered over the last two years. These new sessions gave staff a deeper understanding of the challenges that come with the responsibility of delivering services in the Social Housing Sector. Here's hoping we can prevent there ever being another Steven Hoskin.
