
Customer Service Excellence Standard
The Customer Service Excellence (CSE) Standard, developed to replace the Charter Mark, lies at the heart of a Government strategy to provide ‘efficient, effective, excellent, equitable and empowering’ public services.
AFTA Thought created an event for South Liverpool Housing that specifically addressed the development issues identified in their pursuit of the Standard. Our team researched, wrote and presented using our typically engaging methods. By the end of the session participants had a consistent understanding of the part that they have to play in converting aspiration into accreditation.
This job reminded us of the process that we at AFTA Thought went through in attaining our IIP Sliver Award, giving us an extra motivation to help another company go that little bit further.
