AFTA Thought Win Investors In People Silver Award
AFTA Thought are delighted to announce that they have achieved Investors in People Silver status. We have enjoyed the opportunity to celebrate what we already 'achieve' and 'do'; and to review our business in order to improve performance. Of particular importance to us was the assessor's recognition of how AFTA Thought "energise and engage its staff to meet its business objectives and to continue to develop the professional and caring ethos the company so abundantly displays both internally and externally." "The company has continued to 'practice what it preaches'"
In other awards news, AFTA Thought's Managing Director Mary Austin recently won the Liverpool Daily Post's Woman of the Year "Women Achieving" category in recognition of a career in which she has brought meaningful change to people's lives through the application of drama.
And finally, Senior Training Practioner Chris Callander has completed his qualification as a licensed practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming.
